The dance and movement workshops are designed to discover a new way of expressing your emotions in order release, heal, connect with your body and everyone in the community. With an artistic and holistic approach, you will be guided through improvisation exercises to discover yourself and therefore your own movement. we discover ourselves and transform with the 3motion method. We dive deep and free ourselves from limited beliefs. Lastly, we come together and enjoy the unity and shared experiences with music. The music and the community play a big role within the 3motion method.
Yoga sessions

I offer a range of specialized programs tailored to your individual needs, from yoga sessions to dance, all infused with my unique 3motion method.
